Completed Projects

  • Round Robins - 372 players + Nov. and Dec. 2024.
  • Ladder Leagues - 96 participants plus subs.
  • Classes - 158 participants.
  • Live-streaming cameras on the website.
  • Practice board.
  • Membership - 422 (Oct. 2024).
  • Facebook - 1830 followers.
  • Instagram - 300 followers.
  • Doc Holliday Tournament - Largest turnout with 300+ participants.
  • Georgia State Championship (Winter Classic) - 113 participants.
  • Skills & Drills clinics - 250+ participants.
  • Website visitors - 24,713 (2,308 in September).
  • Sponsors - 20 ($15,000+).
  • Resurfacing of six courts and installation of center anchors.
  • Fence repair.
  • WhatsApp Peeps - 306.
  • Sheriff’s Kids Camps - 2.
  • GroupMe App -160.
  • Loaner paddles and balls.
  • Group lunches.
  • Podium lights.
  • AED purchased and new outdoor AED cabinet. 
  • AED training.
  • Get-well and sympathy cards sent out.

  • Donations over $5,500 (Spalding County Sheriff’s Santa, Fairmont Park Recreation Center, Southern Crescent Nursing).
  • Number of members voting for the new board - 134.
  • Purchase of paddle racks.
