The Spalding County Pickleball Association is a not for profit 501(c)(3) corporation dedicated to the promotion of the sport of pickleball. The association is committed to further the growth and development of pickleball among players of all ages and diversity at all skill levels.

Lynn Lowry was elected SCPA President in 2022. Prior to being elected President, Lynn was the SCPA Pro Shop Manager and the Tyus Park Pickleball Facility Manager for two years. Lynn started playing pickleball in 2018 and currently has a 4.0 USAP Rating. Lynn also teaches the SCPA Pickleball 101 Classes that started in 2022. Lynn has won a number of Gold and Silver Medals in Men’s Doubles and Mixed Doubles and won Gold in the inaugural Alabama Open in 2021 in the Men’s Doubles 35+ 4.0 bracket.
Lynn is married to Shanda Lowry and has two grown children Alex and Mayah. Lynn has been a resident of Spalding County since 1976, graduated Griffin High School in 1984, and is currently the National Director of Compliance for Andy Frain Services.
